The Week 29 Rising AIQ Report

Eight category-relative Rising AIQ movements show where emerging software recommendations changed across Cooper's second immutable weekly edition.

How Rising AIQ Differs

Rising AIQ is a standalone, category-relative view of products appearing in emerging-software recommendations. It does not contribute to Overall AIQ, and a Rising result should be compared only with the same product, category, and Rising scope in another immutable edition.

Week 29 covers July 13 through July 19, 2026, under scoring version aiq-v2. The report measures ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity separately, so every highlight carries its exact assistant breadth.

The First Rising Movement Reading

Fifty-one of the 80 Rising category leaders changed between Week 28 and Week 29; 29 remained first. Thirteen Week 29 leaders have a Rising category rank from all four assistants, 23 from three assistants, 25 from two, and 19 from one. Only two leaders rank first with every assistant.

Those counts describe the shape of the Rising edition rather than a cross-category leaderboard. The movements below compare category rank inside eight separate markets, one from each software hub.

Sales and Marketing

In Sales Enablement, GTM Buddy moved from seventh to first in Rising AIQ, a six-place improvement. It records Rising AIQ 64, ranking first on ChatGPT, second on Claude, and third on Perplexity, with no Gemini category rank in this scope. Its Week 29 Rising evidence contains three source domains and three mentions.

In A/B Testing, Statsig moved from second to first. It records Rising AIQ 69 and appears with every assistant: first on ChatGPT, fifth on Gemini, second on Claude, and third on Perplexity. Seven source domains and eight mentions accompany the Week 29 result.

Support and HR

In Community Management, Heartbeat moved from fourth to first, a three-place gain. Its Rising AIQ is 65, with assistant ranks of first, fourth, sixth, and third across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. The Rising evidence records nine source domains and nine mentions.

Payroll produced a wider movement with narrower assistant coverage. Warp moved from sixth to first and records Rising AIQ 72. It ranks first on ChatGPT and Claude and third on Perplexity, with no Gemini rank in this scope. The result has one source domain and two mentions.

Finance and Productivity

The largest rank change among these eight highlights appears in Travel & Expense. Payhawk moved from twenty-second to first, a 21-place improvement, and records Rising AIQ 76. It ranks first on ChatGPT and Claude and fifth on Gemini and Perplexity. Two source domains and five mentions sit beside that four-assistant result.

In Project Management, Linear moved from seventh to first, a six-place improvement. Its Rising AIQ is 66, with ranks of first on ChatGPT, eighth on Gemini, and second on Claude; no Perplexity category rank is present. The Week 29 Rising evidence records four source domains and four mentions.

IT & Security and Engineering

In Business VPN, Tailscale moved from sixth to first and records Rising AIQ 69. It ranks first on ChatGPT, fourth on Gemini, and second on Claude, with no Perplexity rank in the Rising scope. Four source domains and four mentions support the recorded evidence footprint.

Observability & APM completes the eight-hub reading. Dash0 moved from second to first at Rising AIQ 83, ranking first on ChatGPT and Gemini and second on Perplexity. It has no Claude category rank in this scope, while its evidence records four source domains and four mentions.

Breadth Is Not Unanimity

Three selected leaders—Statsig, Heartbeat, and Payhawk—are ranked by all four assistants, but none ranks first with all four. The other five examples are ranked by three assistants. Assistant breadth shows how widely a product appears; the individual positions show whether those assistants agree on its place.

An absent rank means only that the product has no Rising category rank from that assistant in this measurement. It does not imply a negative recommendation, and source or mention counts are not presented as the cause of rank movement.
