The Week 28 Cooper Index: What AI Assistants Recommended Across B2B Software
A category-relative reading of the Week 28 index, including assistant coverage and the limits of the current snapshot.
Week at a Glance
The Week 28 public edition covers 2,475 products across 80 categories in eight hubs. Its evidence record contains 6,638 cited pages from 3,119 domains, establishing the size of the published snapshot without turning those totals into a product comparison.
This edition should be read as a set of category-specific results. The coverage totals describe the index as a whole, while every product placement and AIQ value belongs to the category route where it was measured.
Where Assistants Agreed
In CRM,
HubSpot CRM ranked first in Overall AIQ at 47 and held a category rank with each of the four assistants. That combination records both the market lead and the breadth of assistant coverage within CRM.
Marketing Automation produced a similarly broad result for
Brevo, which ranked first in its category at Overall AIQ 46 and held a category rank with all four assistants.
Within CI/CD, GitHub Actions ranked first at Overall AIQ 93, with a category rank present for every assistant. The score belongs to CI/CD and is not comparable with raw AIQ values from other markets.
Where Recommendations Diverged
Assistant coverage was less uniform in some Rising views.
Plain led Help Desk Rising AIQ at 63, with a Rising category rank present for two assistants.
In Accounting,
DualEntry led Rising AIQ at 55 with a Rising category rank from one assistant. This is a category-relative Rising result, not an Overall AIQ placement or evidence of broad assistant convergence.
Identity & Access Management recorded Descope first in Rising AIQ at 70, with Rising category ranks from two assistants. Together, these examples show why assistant breadth must be reported alongside a category result rather than assumed from rank alone.
What Moved
The Week 28 evidence establishes one current measurement window, from July 6 through July 12, and does not support a week-over-week comparison. This edition therefore reports the published snapshot without describing gains, losses, or changes from an earlier week.
How to Read This Edition
Overall AIQ statements in this edition are category-relative. Read a first-place CRM result within CRM and a first-place Marketing Automation result within Marketing Automation, without using their raw scores to rank the products against each other.
Rising AIQ is also category-relative and remains separate from Overall AIQ. The Week 28 archive is the fixed entry point for the edition, with each report linking directly to the relevant Overall or Rising scope.
